Abstract:

The rapid growth of information, communication technologies, and innovation in digital systems represents a revolution that has fundamentally changed the way people think, act, communicate and make a living. This digital revolution has created new ways of creating knowledge, educating people, and disseminating information. Every aspect of life will eventually be affected in one way or another by the digital age if it hasn't already. Education has invested this progress in establishing an integrated education, based on these new technologies that give new educational opportunities that challenge traditional schools that rely on old methods and means, and because traditional education is characterized by the multiple benefits that individuals acquire, by refining their social skills and training in commitment and discipline.

An innovative concept that incorporates the benefits of both traditional classroom teaching and ICT-enabled learning, a blended learning that blended virtual and physical environments, and made it possible for people of all ages to pursue learning outside of school on their own terms, so that education is no longer bound by a specific place and time. Consequently, this led to the need to develop an alternative strategy to confront the digital revolution and developments in the external environment.

The significance of the paper comes from studying the concept of the digital revolution and its mechanisms, leading to the creation of an urban entity familiar with all social, technological, environmental and economic transformations, which came in the form of a community school that participates in a community effort to coordinate and provide educational, social, developmental, health and other community services, through Establishing partnerships with families and stakeholders in programs that serve the local community and suit its needs and requirements, so that these programs are implemented using school buildings and facilities.
