Author Forms and Templates

The Journal of Planner and Development (JPD) provides the following forms, templates, and author resources to support manuscript preparation, initial submission, revision, and publication processing. Authors should use the official journal template and complete the relevant forms according to the requirements of their submission.

Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the official JPD Manuscript Template. Manuscripts that do not follow the journal template, scope, ethical requirements, citation style, or academic standards may be returned to authors before peer review.

2. Initial Submission Forms

The following forms support the journal’s editorial screening, authorship declaration, copyright and licensing process, and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools. Authors should complete and upload the applicable forms with their submission where required.

3. References and Citation Style

JPD adopts the APA author–date citation style. Authors must prepare in-text citations and the reference list according to the citation and reference requirements stated in the official JPD Manuscript Template and Author Guidelines.

All references cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and all references listed must be cited in the text. References should be recent, relevant, academically reliable, consistently formatted, and directly related to the manuscript topic. DOI links must be included where available.

Authors using reference management software such as EndNote, Mendeley, or Zotero should select APA 7th edition as the output style and carefully check the final reference list before submission to ensure full compliance with the JPD Manuscript Template.

4. Revision and Response to Reviewers
