Submission Request

Authors who wish to submit a manuscript to the Journal of Planner and Development (JPD) must complete the submission process through the journal’s online submission system. The corresponding author should submit the manuscript on behalf of all authors and confirm that all authors have approved the submitted version and agreed to its submission to the journal.

Submission Request or Cover Letter

A submission request or cover letter should be uploaded with the manuscript or included in the Comments to the Editor section during the online submission process. The request should include the manuscript title, manuscript type, date of submission, name of the corresponding author, author affiliation, email address, and a clear statement that the manuscript is being submitted for consideration by JPD.

Manuscript Preparation

Before submitting, authors must ensure that the manuscript fits the journal’s aims and scope, follows the Author Guidelines, and is prepared according to the official JPD manuscript template.

Ethical and Originality Confirmation

Authors should confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published, is not under consideration by another journal, complies with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement, and meets the requirements of the Plagiarism and Similarity Policy.

Online Submission Access

To submit a manuscript, authors must first register with the journal. If already registered, authors may log in and begin the online submission process through the Submissions page.
